Every item is created with care, attention to detail, and lots of love. Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time depending on the design and order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 1–4 weeks depending on location and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and type of order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Because many of our items are handmade or personalized specifically for you, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy seasons or holidays.
